Running BuyTelegram needs a small amount of personal data. This page names all of it.
Supplied by you
The email address used for an order, the channel, group or post link you enter for a growth order, and the text of any ticket. Your own Telegram account is none of our business: we will never ask for its login code or cloud password.
Created by an order
What you bought and how many, the price paid, the delivery itself (download link, phone number, code page link, cloud password), the delivery service a growth order was sent to, and the payment confirmation. We do not receive full card or wallet details.
Recorded by the server
Logs with the IP address, browser and time of each request, kept to operate the site and catch abuse.
Purposes
Delivering and placing orders, answering tickets, replacing accounts under warranty, stopping payment fraud, and keeping accounting records.
Recipients
Our payment processor, host and email provider get what their part of the work needs. A growth order's delivery service gets the public link and the quantity. Nothing goes to advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies
Only cookies for staying signed in, the cart and checkout security. No advertising cookies.
Retention and requests
Deliveries stay on file while a claim on the order can still be made; order and payment records for the period the law sets; logs for a short time. For a copy, a correction or deletion, email support@buytelegram.net from the address you ordered with, or use the Contact page.
