BuyTelegram is run on its own and has no connection with Telegram FZ-LLC or Telegram Messenger Inc., which neither own nor approve it. "Telegram" is used only to describe the goods on sale.

What an account order delivers

The account in the format its title names (TDATA, session + JSON, or a phone number with a code page), with the number country, age and registration details stated, and the cloud password when the listing has 2FA set. A code page is provided for signing in and is not kept available for ever.

What a growth order delivers

An increase of the counter you ordered (post views, members, reactions, shares or story views) on the public link you give. Each order is sent to a delivery service chosen for it. Standard has no refill; Premium goes first to services with a refill window and applies it when the service that filled the order has one. A country pick with no exact match goes to the closest service. Counts can drop afterwards, and nobody behind them is a reader you can count on.

Paying

Payment in full is taken at checkout. Account deliveries appear on the order page and by email after confirmation; growth orders are placed after confirmation.

Use

• Telegram may ask any account to confirm itself again or restrict it, and its terms govern how accounts are used.
• You agree not to use accounts or growth for spam, mass messages, mass invites, bots that break Telegram's rules, fraud or anything unlawful.
• Growth orders are for channels and groups you run or may manage.
• You are responsible for how you use what you buy.

Limit of liability

For any order we owe at most a replacement or a refund under the Refund Policy, capped at the amount paid for that order.

We may update these conditions. The date above shows which version is in force.
